Make all the ratings viewers default to Ladder #2497

Currently the ladders and rating histories page default to casual. I expect that people don't even realise that the page is configured incorrectly, or that they would like Ladder as the default.

Casual is on the ladder. Or are you talking about only showing the lower boundary estimate?

It could default to MatchMaker rating if that's what you mean, but in practice most people gain their rank from casual rating. This is because the MM population is so much lower and generally more challenging.
