forticulus: if I move a user by !specafk I should be able to kick his bots... forticulus: hes afk an i cannot get rid of his bots in public lobby forticulus: so hes blocking a whole lobby

IIRC bots get removed on start in non-bots and non-custom rooms automatically; if a spec doesn't respond to requests it is generally justified to kick him to remove his bots.

I'm under the assumption they're in a bot/custom room. And while, yes, it is justified to kick them, I think it would be a nicer alternative if you could just kick the bots instead without a vote.
