Some membership controls would be nice:

Black list / bans that prevent the member from rejoining after being kicked (or even joining altogether).
WHR/Level requirements (to prevent smurfing or to allow some exclusion)

The use case here would be to allow open clans to exist while filtering out unwelcomed players or smurfs (through a level requirement)
