Let players set their rank icon to match either casual or MM elo #2810

Someone who mainly cares about 1v1 but also plays casual may be sad that their rank icon is due to casual elo, not MM. Add some sort of user-accessible toggle (perhaps to the ranking page?) that lets them select where their rank icon comes from.

This should probably not be available/revert if they are unranked (whatever that means, perhaps if they are grey? Or maybe if they are not on the ladder page?) in the type of rating that they wish to use as their displayed rank. I'm just thinking of people using this to "hide" in teamgames when they have no intention of playing MM.
