Very Simple League Idea

Here is a league idea with maximal code reuses. It involves:

• Add/copy/rename the planetwars ladder.
• Remove all games from this ladder.
• Add a system that can be enabled in dynamic config that autotags 1v1 MM games for this ladder.
• Add some sort of additional visibility to this ladder so people feel like its the league (maybe add/replace the front page box with it?).
• Announce the league and the system above.
• Flip the dynamic config switch to start recording games.
• Wait the number of months decided upon at the start of the league.
• Save the state of the ladder in some sort of static format (screenshots, copying text to a wiki page, etc).
• Click the button (ideally) or do the DB query (less ideal) that clears all games from this ladder.
• Announce a new league, flip the switch, etc.

I wonder if people would also demand a way to opt-out of league ladder when they queue. They probably would.
