ContentService.svc is now legacy WCF service. New service is ContentServiceController
It expects POST with "NameOfClass JsonContentOfClass" - same protocol as lobby server
removal of WCF references from plasmashared and downloader
ugprade of nugets
use https for default localhost testing
when ZKLS needs ContentService it uses local instance instead of requesting data via json
