Accepting the crash report prompt fails to open the browser #2986

When you click to send a crash report via the wrapper popup, it used to send you to the crash log in your web browser. It no longer does this. This is possibly because of the change that doesn't open your browser if the log is sent any other way.

It needs to open the browser so that people with a crash can be told to send us their crash report link.
