Regeneration visuals #1297

All forms of intrinsic regeneration are now known to Lua so it could be conveyed through some visual effect. Proposals include:

Groundflash glow would be a bad choice because some units are repaired while in air (noone lands a Krow just to heal it). Zombies get away with this because wrecks are pretty much guaranteed to be static after the rez countdown completes.

Just soda pop bubbles / pluses / clouds would work though.

Rather than scanlines, a slow pulsing effect similar to onfire / morphing / paralyzed / disarmed could also be nice for consistency. Except green instead of orange/purple/blue/yellow.

If morph got a different visual, purple pulsing could also be used to represent slow.

I like the LUPS nanoclouds idea. We should probably move away from the slow pulsing effect, at most keeping it for one status, but overall we should probably start using more interesting shaders and various LUPS effects to communicate statuses (ex. little lightning bolts for EMP).

The little green particles created by zombie wrecks could look good.
