Chicken extensions for campaign missions

Campaign missions will use chickens in one of two ways: Either as a hazard or an objective. They can be configured via modoptions using the custom chicken type.

• [x] Chickens should have modoptions to configure them as hazards. In this mode they would never reach the chicken queen/white dragons. Extra configuration may be useful, such as maximum anger and maximum tech.
• [ ] Chickens as a mission objective need to be tested with missions to make sure that beating chickens beats the mission. This is likely going to occur when such a mission is made.
• [x] The chicken information panel should be disabled in missions. It is debatable whether the scrolling wave announcement should be removed. The scrolling "Hive is angered" announcement probably shouldn't be removed.

Mission 38 is a mission that uses chickens in hazard mode. It can be modified/tested for this ticket. I'm currently disabling UI elements with modoptions so that could be an option for the scrolling wave counter, if it is ever enabled.
