IRC Style colors seem broken in ZKL #3

Recent tests indicate that it works at least for The Sponge. And maybe Skasi. Closing.

The number color parsing does not match accepted standards: https://github.com/myano/jenni/wiki/IRC-String-Formatting

^C4 should be red, but instead ZKL parses it as purple.

Issue reopened.

isn't this the wrong bug tracker? imo https://github.com/ZeroK-RTS/Zero-K-Infrastructure/issues fits better?!
