Newtons ignore allied cloaked units when implicitedly told to fire upon them #3111

Replication:

  1. make newton
  2. make scythe
  3. target scythe
  4. newton completely acts as if it has no line of fire

I'm not sure if this is an intentional change or a bug.

Edit: Less aggressive tone. Sorry.
