Unzip this in your Zero-K install and run a benchmark through Help -> Benchmark. Do not unzip it while Zero-K is running.

Shall I run Basic Benchmark, or Quick or Long Compare?

The longest one that you have time for. Don't feel the need to run anything beyond Basic if you can't set your computer up to do it when you are away.
