Block allied reclaim of a wreck owned by team X when units of team X are actively ressurecting the wreck

Firepluk wishes to vote on this (but not enough to create an account). I might like this too given I've recently had the annoyance of trying to rez something and a constructor coming along and trying to reclaim it half way through (I had to ask the owner to stop, which they then did)
