Nimbus behaviour #4092

Nimbus would benefit from backing away from its targets, and even from jiggling around. It defaults to not strafing but this is only because strafing tends to make it rotate around into enemy range.

Nimbus should also wiggle back and forth in place, like other gunships. But rather than circle units it should stay approximately around where it started shooting or became idle. Because it is silly for Nimbus to sit stock still in air and die to slow projectiles.

@sprunk does this seem like something the engine could do?
