Ogre miss(hitt)iles #4367

Faster fire-rate Ogre produces some interesting stuff. Apparently rockets can bounce off each other impacts?

Ogres launch missiles at TB. At least 2 of those were probably destined to hit, but after the first impact by the grace of god all (one?) of them get bounced around and throw some acrobatics with 180*+ turns, proceeding to kill the bird anyway. While flashy and probably somewhat physics based this looks helluva lot like jank to both players.

Videos died, all evidence points to being a duplicate of #4522

This is fixable with the new hax. Felon not so much.

I applied the ethereal missile fix but Ogre still misses TB sometimes due to a combination of poor speed and large turning circle. I think this is fine since its flex AA.
