Ronin AI doesn't try to kite Moderator and Scalpel #4631

When engaging Moderators or Scalpels with AI on, Ronins doesn't keep the distance but rather stand still or try to chase the enemy.

Ronins should obviously try to stay at max range since they outrange both Scalpel and Moderator.

The range doesn't seem to be enough to do anything. But you can try it out and make a PR.

It does make a big difference if Ronins try to kite Scalpels or not. When the Ronins just stand still, it means they will be in range of multiple advancing Scalpels or even an enemy Mace that is behind the Scalpels.
