Facs on repeat ignore "Alt inserts behind = false" setting #5306

Expected:

fac on repeat fac not on repeat
alt inserts behind = true alt inserts behind alt inserts behind
alt inserts behind = false alt cancels current and inserts in front alt cancels current and inserts in front

Actual:

fac on repeat fac not on repeat
alt inserts behind = true alt inserts behind alt inserts behind
alt inserts behind = false $${\color{red}\textbf{alt} \space \textbf{inserts} \space \textbf{behind}}$$ alt cancels current and inserts in front
