ZeroBot should keep track of various runtime statistics and information. Persistent stats should be stored in special "ZeroBot data" tables.

Process Information

[ ] PID (os.getpid())
[ ] Uptime
- Getting a timestamp on Core init is easy and close enough compared to querying the system for process start time (which isn't portable)
[ ] CPU times
[ ] Memory usage?

Module Information

[ ] Loaded modules (Protocol/Feature)
[ ] Availale modules (Protocol/Feature)
[ ] Registered commands (including and excluding Core commands)
[ ] Sent/received message count
- Core needs to be aware of message in/out events

Command Statistics

Track commmand usage:

What command
Invoking user
Timestamp
Protocol + Server/Channel

Store this information in a special ZeroBot data table.

Database Information

[ ] Number of reads and writes
- Can we get this info from sqlite?
[ ] Table counts
- Total
- Per module
- Average per module
[ ] Row counts (similar to table counts)
