Discord username change affected feature modules #38

Discord's asinine decision to do away with the username+discriminator combo (thus reintroducing the very problem it originally solved) has busted the feature modules a bit. Since most of the modules pull from the username in order to uniquely reference users (wow, amazing concept), some things have either broken (e.g. Counter) or now need tweaking/aliasing (Obit, Quote, etc.).

Solved with the addition of some user aliases.
