New day, New update #658

Up to 550+ mods in 1.7.10, also new record: 800 mods in 1.6.4 Notes: 1) A lot of missing descriptions. 2) Some changes not in changelog because there are a lot of changes.

Any news? Maybe pull it without descriptions?

I was already 1/3 into the PR by Monday, but this week has been full of events. Should be able to finish by today or tomorrow if nothing else happens.
