i can confirm that 1.10.2-0.0.8.0 works fine in multiplayer as seen in image shown below.
Hmm. Ok, using your screenshot I created a test server with just the mods you're showing, and reverted to older versions of enderio, endercore and the much older forge than what is on my current server, and it still fails each time. Odd... :
Previous attempts were on my opensuse game server. I just ran a clean install on my win10 desktop with both the recommended forge version 2011 and the latest 2092, and ran into the same issue each time. Not a big deal, like I said the 1.9.4 version is working for me as far as I can tell, just odd that the targeted version isn't. Log is below:
this is the line of code causing the problem. this.setUnlocalizedName(this.getRegistryName().toString()); thing is there is nothing wrong with it. try this jar. that is the exact build i used. if it works @ZeroNoRyouki will need to fix that build.
Well that sucks... That one fails just like the others did. I even tried it on a 3rd machine/OS, my MacBook. The only thing similar between all 3 systems is the version of Java, 1.8.0_101 on all 3. I haven't tried back-revving that yet, might try going back a version or 2 in case you're compiling with a different version?
Thanks for taking a look at this, btw...
i compiled with 1.8.0_102 and forge 12.18.1.2089. ok so i compiled a jar with that item disabled. there should be no problem with this jar on your systems. no more link for you. i seriously don't see how this could not work.
Ok! We're good with that jar on that ver of forge! Were the earlier versions also compiled with the same forge and jdk? Anything important missing in this one by having that line expunged?
Please don't use jars that are not released by me. I'll check the problem today
Nah, not using it other than with the earlier testing with killerall. Just wanted to determine the cause of the issues for me and if it was something with my setup, across 3 different machines and 3 different os'. :) Thanks!
Are you saying that the first crash occurred while using his version of the file ?
Yes you did .... please stop this immediately.
@zeroniryouki he used your build at first. I confirmed that it works but with my build. I gave him my build to test (didn't work either). Then just disabled to item and eliminate the problem. Worked. He used yours and mine, but yours first.
The first fml-server-latest.log he posted is relative to your version of the file
Nope. It's yours.
Check the API list. You will find your torus
In the first one I linked. I'm aware that that is the one with the beta tori core added. I will remove that file. His first log used your jar.
No, because my jar doesn't contain a call to setUnlocalizedName() because it's obfuscated. Yours do, because it's not.
@silent-mobious : could you please download a fresh copy of ZeroCore from here and try again?
OK, sorry for the delay in getting back to you, working stiff here... Yes, that works! Honestly, I have No Idea how I got the other zerocore then originally... I was cruising around on Curse making sure the mods were all up to date for a new pack I'm playing with, and then things happened with crashes, and then we got to here. I'm fairly certain I grabbed the latest Extreme Reactors jar, went to the Relations tab on Extreme Reactor's page, then went to the zerocore page from there and grabbed the latest file... Dunno for sure, it's all a blur... But things are working! Thanks a lot for your help!
Good.
i do have to wonder how you managed to get to my page? it was kinda hidden. in under the big fusion project it didn't even have the same name.
Well, I thoroughly CSI'd my browser history and looks like on 9/14 @ 6:50p EST I went to the Big Fusion page after seeing the update on Curse, and appear to have downloaded both the big fusion and zerocore jar files from there, as the timestamp on both files in my download directory matches that time. The Extreme Reactors jar is stamped 1 minute after, so must have searched on that right after grabbing the first 2 from your page.
