A Bluetooth menu is one of things that ZPUI would benefit from having, since, as of now, interfacing Bluetooth devices to ZeroPhone requires using bluetoothctl from command-line.
Issues:
Unlike wpa_cli, bluetoothctl is not easily automatable - it needs an interactive terminal to work (IIRC it won't even accept commands from stdin)
Goals:
Pairing and unpairing devices
Supporting Bluetooth keyboards (optionally, mice)
Supporting Bluetooth audio devices
Might require Pulseaudio?
Optionally, splitting the Bluetooth code into a library that could then be used by other people - as I don't see maintained Python-based Bluetooth bindings that'd provide easy-to-use basic Bluetooth interactions (scan, pair, unpair) right now
