[WIP] Update setup instruction for arch-linux #75

I updated the doc for Arch as you suggested. There is no build-essential package in arch, why was it needed ?

Side note :I can't package zpui for raspbian, but I can do it for arch-arm if we decide to port it there one day.

I don't exactly recall why build-essential was there (python-dev, too). I think it's because luma.core requires PIL, and installing it from pip required building it locally, at least for RPi.

Packaging ZPUI for Arch would be rad, though not the primary focus for now, of course =)
