Bug reporting - ZPUI log upload app

I'm going to be working on a bugreport upload system, according to this specification.

TODO:

• [x] ZPUI-side upload app
  • [x] Privacy policy
  • [x] Log storage fallback for when there's no network connection
  • [x] API for other apps to use
  • [x] Better log storage settings (logs allowed to be larger, stored longer, and in a separate folder, all configurable)
• [x] zerophone.org-side log upload server - FTPS, with anonymous users (configs&code available here)
  • [x] Should rotate its logs
  • [x] Should hide uploaded data from other users that log in
• [x] zerophone.org-side inotify-driven script
  • [x] Detects new uploads
  • [x] Unpacks and verifies them
  • Filters the files in the archive (wait, what was it that I meant by that?)
  • [x] Re-packs them
  • [x] Sends them as a bugreport to an email address
  • [x] should also warn against suspicious activity somehow - using email, IRC or the like
