We have the TextReader UI element that could benefit from all the template code and features offered by BaseUIElement. I didn't port it myself when I was porting other elements, unfortunately - it's based on Refresher, so it's technically already based on BaseUIElement, but it doesn't use all the features. Also, there are some problems with it:
[ ] To conform to UI element guidelines (which I really ought to write down somewhere), TextReader has to exit on KEY_LEFT when the horizontal scrollbar is in the leftmost position
[ ] It doesn't actually need to be based on Refresher, as it only needs to show data on the screen when a button is pressed. So, a refactoring would also make it easier on the ZeroPhone CPU and screen (since with Refresher UI elements, the screen backlight is never turned off)
[ ] It supplies coordinates to Canvas as floats, which, coupled with the previous issue, generates a stream of warnings in the ZPUI logs
[ ] In "Settings=>About=>About ZPUI", when scrolling horizontally to the bottom, the scrollbar height decreases at the very bottom, for some reason, which doesn't look good.
