TPA2005 amplifier needs a ground pad on the footprint #60

Currently (Delta), the TPA2005 footprint center pad is not exposed. We need to add it, for better soldering possibilities, as well as in case the amplifier ends up heating up too much during, say, a loudspeaker cal
