Metadata not updating: no valid X-Plex-Token.id in log #30

Recently having issue with metadata not being updated.

PMS Version 1.18.0.1944 YouTube-Agent.bundle commit 57cef2f

Log: Plex Media Server/Plug-in Support/Data/com.plexapp.agents.hama/DataItems/_Logs/_root_.scanner.log

Error reading url 'http://127.0.0.1:32400/library/sections/', Exception: 'HTTP Error 401: Unauthorized' Place Plex token string in file in Plex root '.../Plex Media Server/X-Plex-Token.id' to have a log per library - https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/204059436-Finding-your-account-token-X-Plex-Token

I followed the link instructions and created a X-Plex-Token.id file with my token id in it, Still getting the same error in the log.

Nevermind, going to nuke my plex install and try this all over again. Logs are not even generating in [...]/Plex Media Server/Logs/PMS Plugin Logs/ com.plexapp.agents.Youtube-Agent.log didn't exist before i cleared the logs.
