remove superfluous key mapping toggling #10

remove the toggling for key mappings and have all keys active for usage. theres no reason you cant have both

well arrow key mode and wasd mode require different inputs. on arrow key mode, you use arrow keys to move, while on wasd mode, you use arrow keys to aim.
