Updated CMake to add 'make install' and 'make uninstall' #6

Installs libzercoin.so to $PREFIX/lib
Installs Zerocoin headers to $PREFIX/include/zerocoin
Installs bignum headers to $PREFIX/include/zerocoin/bitcoin_bignum
Installs pkg-config file for library name 'zerocoin'

The branch 'cmake' on my repo is based of the dev branch, so the Github pull request system doesn't deal with it correctly (it wants to merge it to master.) If you choose to merge this, I think you'll have to do it manually from the command-line and push.

When creating the pull request on Github, select "Edit" on the top right and chose zerocoins dev branch ;)
