Shop doesn't withdraw money on creation #11

When I create a Shop it doesn't seem to take away the starting money of 3000$ from my balance. Can you add a possibility to configure the starting value that's put in a shop?

I have just realized that the shop creation money was being set in our economies starting money config, so it's not exactly an Issue of your Plugin. A possibility to set the starting money of a shop would be nice to have still.
