Items can't be shift-clicked and cant be used if moved in survival and adventure modes #1

When in survival mode, with all items being allowed to be interacted with (protectionperms.item.use) I can't shift-click items to move them between the large inventory and the hot-bar.

Also, when I do drag an item between them, if I then shift click it resets my whole inventory to how it was before I dragged any items around. The reset includes if I drag an item into my hot-bar, use it and then shift click. If the item is not in the spot it started in, it does not get used, but does not do what it is supposed to do (enderpearls dont teleport etc...) If the item is in the starting spot, it does get used.

When in creative mode, everything works fine, but adventure is the same as above.

Well, refreshed the server and apparently that solved the issue....
