Triggers with provider consumer system #25

Add a separate trigger element as provider, maybe as group-like. All "final" elements (icon, text, bar) are consumers that use the information from the last parent trigger in the tree hierarchy. Threshold should stay on consumers or be set on the provider with an inherit/override option on individual consumers.

This would be a fairly big breaking change if the consumer elements no longer carry any trigger themselves.
