Description

Adds a function to the Wrapper to implement the Clone VPG Settings workflow.

Related Issue

Fixes #54

Motivation and Context

New Functionality was introduced in ZVM 7.5 and needs an associated API Wrapper function to be introduced.

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested in my lab with single VM and Multi-VMs
