Tooltips disappear when hovering over select boxes #15

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open calendar in Firefox (tested with v14)
2. Hover over a raid
3. Hover over the character selection box

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The tooltip should stay visible but it disappears.
Only happens in Firefox

There is an additional problem with the location image tooltip disappearing 
when creating a new raid location.
A proper workaround is to
- Create the raid without changing the image
- Changing the image afterwards by going to Settings / Locations

These two bugs will be adressed in 0.9.6

The location image tooltip is fixed, the hovering problem still remains

The problem boils down to a disabled button element (comboboxes use a jQueryUI 
buttonset).
