What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When starting the setup, an 404 error page is presented

The problem:
The file "Install_config.php" is spelled with a capital "I" which causes case 
sensitive file systems not to find it.

How to fix:
Rename "Install_config.php" to "install_config.php" (notice the lowercase "i" 
at the beginning).
