Setup does not detect missing PDO drivers #25

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Launch setup on a PHP installation without PDO/MySQL drivers
2. All checks will pass
3. Upon "test connection" nothing will happen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

There should be a check on missing PDO drivers, preventing the installation to 
continue.
