[Feature request] Attendance / Raid automation

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Player cao't set any note for future raids if he's absent for prolonged period 
of time.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

0.97

Please provide any additional information below.

If some player is absent for more than 1 raid he need to set different note for 
every raid.
For raids that are created later he usually don't have a way to set that note.
Nice feature would be to allow player to set absence mode for a period of time 
that would automaticly set him as absent and put a note with a reason (if he 
provides it).

I'll increase the problem by saying "we need general batching support" :)

It should be possible to
- create several raids at once ("repeat every x for y")
- set attendance information for multiple raids by using only one action (e.g. 
"set absent for the next n raids")

I would like to extend this feature request by requesting automatic raid 
creation.
e.g.: "create a raid every monday for two weeks in advance until cancelled"

This would be easier for managing raids without the need of creating new raids 
every x weeks.
