Settings -> UserManagement layout problem under Firefox

Hi,
I migrated my database to version 0.97a and found an layout error.
Screenshot in attachment show the layout problem.

Fix :
Change in file "lib\layout\settings.css"
line 209 -> Change "width" property from 110 to 105.
line 216 -> Change "width" property from 110 to 105.

It appears on every browser.

Reason : 

When u got so many accounts in database that scrolling is needed then width of 
the username field is too large to fit in space that left between icons
