I would like to ask an additional button in the header after login, to an
internal site where registered users can read from rules, or user's guide.

Forethanx: Kalk

Some images that can be used to explain users on how to use the raidplaner can
be found here:

If i can suggest - you should use English in tutorials (Raidplanner
translation).
Don't get me wrong but English is more international language ;)
It's not major issue but it would look nice to see raidplanner text and
comments in the same language.

Whoops. Looks like I forgot to switch languages again.

Integrated into the 1.0.0 branch.
There is now a button left to the logout button which can be configured in the
settings section.
If no link is given, the button is not visible.
If a link is given, the button will open a new window/tab.

In the future this may change though, so that an internal help page will be
displayed and the custom link can be opened from there / will be part of an
iframe or sth. similar.
