"Loading please wait" does not disappear (SMF + Linux server) #47

On Linux installations the file "bcrypt.js" will not be found because of 
incorrect casing.
This will stop users of SMF from using the raidplaner.

As a fix, simply rename the file "lib/script/crypto/bCrypt.js" to "bcrypt.js".
