[Feature Request] Be able to hide "logout" button #57

I was looking for a easy way to be able to hide the logout button. Didnt find 
one soooo, i made one....

with the change i made you just have to change

<logout>show</logout>

to

<logout>hide</logout>

in the xml file of the theme that you are using, to hide the "logout" button. 
here the changes ive made.

I will have to think about wether to integrate this into 1.0 (small change, 
exactly how I would have done it and does not break anything critical) or 
postpone it until 1.1 (automatic login might always disable the button anyway, 
making that option obsolete for most cases).

So - nice change, will be integrated in 1.1 at the latest.

Postponed to 1.1.0.
Will be part of the automatic login changes.
