View raid descriptions on raid signup page

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Hover over small raid icons and see raid descriptions
2. Enter raid and see signups
3. No raid description

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Is it possible to have the raid description shown on the signup page as well?

What version of the product are you using? Which browser / php version are
you using?
0.9.8a, Chrome, PHP 5.3
