CSS Filter-Shadows should be disabled with IE9 #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Calendar
2. Observe black artifacts around texts with dropshadow

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
IE9 supports the CSS dropshadow property, so the filter version should be 
removed to get rid of the black artifacts.

Actually IE9 does still not support dropshadow, so changed back to the (ugly) 
filter shadows.

Fixed other IE9 errors while at it.
