Changing other signup characters. #62

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Show users signed up for raid
2. Unable to change users character unless first the character is cancelled and 
the other attended.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Would like to see the ability to change the character of the user from ex: 
Name1 DPS to Name2 Healer without having to ask that user to cancel themselves 
and re-sign up or have myself do the same.  Perhaps an arrow to change their 
signup character and the ability to move them?  (This has been happening a lot 
lately with our group.  Someone signs up as DPS but we need them to heal.  They 
don't change it on the planer which in turn changes the statistics.  I tend to 
go back after raid and change all the roles and add the names of random pick 
ups.

What version of the product are you using? Which browser / php version are
you using?
0.9.8, Chrome, PHP 5.3

I'll try to add this to the 1.0 changes.
Should be just some layout work.

Integrated into the 1.0.0 branch.
The character chooser is now always displayed when clicking on a character.
So the character can be choosing when setting up / benching a player.
On the downside you will first have to bench an already set up player first 
before being able to change the character (because I simply did not yet find a 
good place for an additional button to do that).
