Save user comments after re-cancellation

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. User cancels and leaves comment why
2. Raid leader marks them as attended (say in error)
3. Raid leader cancels them again, original note is gone.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
For the original note to be saves and the "attented by" or any other message 
from the raid leader to be saved as well.  Switching between them with an arrow.

What version of the product are you using? Which browser / php version are
you using?
0.9.8, Chrome, PHP 5.3

Integrated into the current 1.0.0 branch.
The admin comments are added below the current comment, so a neat little 
history will be created - unless the original user deletes them by editing his 
comment.
