Indication of cancellations on Raid signup view

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open attending signups
2. No notice of any cancellations without clicking the tab.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

On the attended signup page, could there be an icon or note letting Raid 
Leaders know to check the cancellation tab as there is something there? Always 
getting asked if anyone cancelled as some can't ...remember to click there and 
look.
Or perhaps show the cancelled users at the bottom of the signups instead of in 
a tab for quick view?  Typically there's aren't more than a few.

What version of the product are you using? Which browser / php version are
you using?
0.9.8a, Chrome, PHP 5.3

Showing the cancelled users at the bottom would be a step backwards (I removed 
them from there for several reasons). But showing an iOS like badge at the 
icons shouldn't be that hard.
Might slip to 1.1 though.
