Cancel raids without Deleting them #66

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Unable to find a way to cancel the raid but have it remain on the calendar.  
This way I can still see who signed up but on a quick glance show the raid was 
never completed (ie: lack of signups)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Perhaps instead of the cogwheel to show it's locked, a red circle with a line 
(no sign)?

What version of the product are you using? Which browser / php version are
you using?
0.9.8a, Chrome, PHP 5.3

This is already implemented:
Raid > Settings > Status > Raid canceled
