Vanilla Forum Integration problem

Installed latest Raid Planer .98a.

Created the database for raid planer and configured settings - tested and works 
fine.

Enabled manual registration - added users and everything working right.

Disabled manual registration - deleted all users.

Enabled Vanilla integration via bindings.  I was able to pull a list of groups. 
 Selected Members group for all members to be able to be able to sign in.  Used 
Officer group for all raid leads.

My Vanilla users are unable to log in it gives me an error message of: 

A request returned an error.

The given user could not be found.

Clearly the bindings appear to be working so I'm not sure what is going on 
here.

I will have a look at this issue this weekend.
I'm already suspecting something, but I have to make some tests.

Did you use the latest version of Vanilla?
I will eventually need the exact version to reproduce the bug.

I am using 2.0.18.4 which is .4 revision behind.  I will update to 2.0.18.8 by 
this weekend as well.  Just to be sure that is not the issue.

Two minor problems fixed (mixed case names on non-ci tables and one copy&paste 
error).
Should be fixed with the file attached below.
Replace the file in "lib/private/bindings" with this one.
