Drupal binding don't have default table prefix #81

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter setup
2. Go to Bindings page
3. Switch to Drupal binding

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No default prefix is set.
Every other binding have it default prefix.

What version of the product are you using? Which browser / php version are
you using?

That is because drupal does not use a prefix by default, too.
