Missing checks for database name and username for binding databases #82

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Delete database name or username in binding connection tab
2. Click next

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Connection error is displayed.
Should display more clear error like "Username should not be empty" etc.

What version of the product are you using? Which browser / php version are
you using?
